CHALLENGE

DHL has great success with large and medium sized companies but identified a business need to grow the number of Small Business customers. To reveal the benefits of DHL for small businesses, the company wanted to showcase real customers in an authentic way by highlighting inspirational stories that revealed how using DHL helped support and promote their growth.

APPROACH

We collaborated with Megha Rao, founder of Holichic, to create the Small Business Spotlight campaign. The always-on content series featured Megha sharing her entrepreneurial journey, e-commerce tips, and product development advice in her own words. By embracing her unique personality and perspective, we crafted a genuine branded content experience.

WHY IT WORKED
