CHALLENGE
Caravel Autism Health, a multi-location autism health specialist with 60+ locations across 8 states, helps families navigate the challenges of autism through diagnosis and on-going therapy. Their website needed to serve as both a compassionate first point of contact for parents and a practical hub for connecting families with the right local clinic. However, the legacy site was difficult to navigate, suffered from technical issues, and lacked the infrastructure to effectively manage and present location-specific information. Caravel needed a redesign that could scale with their multi-location footprint while creating a seamless user experience for parents.
