NibMor is a “better-for-you” organic dark chocolate brand looking to find their place in a very crowded market. The organization’s goal was to increase direct sales from consumers to supplement their retail distribution revenue.

APPROACH
Beginning with a complete overhaul of the Nibmor.com website to create an optimal user experience, Orchard deployed a multi-channel campaign focused on driving e-commerce revenue, increasing awareness, and boosting trial of the product during the holiday season. The campaign leveraged persuasive promotional messaging including product giveaways and discount codes aimed at the brand’s key persona. The campaign’s channel mix included:
- Email marketing focused on increasing purchase and volume from current NibMor customers
- Customer satisfaction survey & review generation program to increase consumer advocacy and gain customer insight
- Facebook advertising & remarketing to increase awareness, drive trial and re-engage buyers
