What did you dream you would be when you grew up? A Ballerina Spy
Is there any one book, person, place or thing that has influenced you the most? My mother, she was a pioneer for Women, she was the first women at WLWTV (Ch. 5) to wear pants, she was the first female executive, and the first women to have paid maternity leave. Also she’s a successful artist and has loved what she does for over 60 years, not many people can say that.
What excites you about the agency business & marketing? Agency life is empowering and has a wonderful sense of community or family, especially Orchard.
Where did you grow up? Northern Kentucky, my parents started Main Strauss Village in 1972 with another couple.
Do you have any passion projects outside of Orchard? Gardening and growing edible plants for family and Interior decorating, I’ve decorated a lot of friends and family homes and some of their friends too.
Describe your family (husband, dog, cat & bird….) I have an amazing husband, the key to our relationship is laughter, trust, and cooperation, along with two stepsons that are 9 & 12, they’re great, they follow in their dad’s footsteps with being polite and respectful. We have 2 cats Nippert & Angel who we call our “Lovebugs”, they love to cuddle with us.
Any special awards or recognitions? I still hold the fastest cross country record in my highschool, fastest female time for a 3.1-mile race.
