An Account Manager at Orchard is an energetic and detail-oriented member of the Account Service team and is responsible for managing general account service activities and client relationships within the agency. They understand that the core of their job is to set the team up for success.

With digital expertise and marketing logic, an Orchard Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of several core elements of client engagements. This could include scope definition, assisting in strategy development, budgeting, management of marketing programs, implementation, campaign reporting, quality assurance and success metrics. Working in conjunction with senior team members, this role is responsible for delivering excellent service to assigned accounts.


Proactively responsible and consistent in the daily management of assigned accounts – with the primary goal of ensuring engagements are delivered in a way that exceeds client expectations with outcomes that are on time and on budget.
